.Vanilla Kitchen at the Bazaar.

Salut mes amis!

Finally an update for the Vanilla Kitchen! Been meaning to do this for a while but haven't had the time until now, as we've just started our Fasting season on Wednesday. Last Saturday, the bakers from the Vanilla Kitchen had been cordially invited to participate in the Bazaar Celebration of Indonesia's National Day in Belgium - and we were certainly glad to have joined in the fun!!!

Much were seen and heard as all the participating vendors launched themselves out into the crowd, selling various Indonesian and other foreign delicacies for everyone to savour. From grilled satays to grilled corn on the cobs and delicious indonesian-malay cakes - most were sold for mere 1-3 euros! Good food can't get any cheaper!!

200+ cupcakes and 100+ cookies later, everything Vanilla Kitchen had on offer was all sold-out!! All the hard work by the bakers at the Vanilla Kitchen were paid off! It was certainly thrilling to have joined in the fun and sell our cupcakes and cookies to all those who came!

Also available during the Indonesian Bazaar Events were concerts and activities for kids, such as the cute clown shows and face painting :) - There were so many kids running around with spider-man & butterfly faces. How cute!
